Fees for Standard Estate Planning Services:
Two parents with minor children: $1,300*
One parent with minor children: $1,150*
Adults with no children: $1,150*
Parents with adult children and grandchildren: $1,300*
Individual, non-senior: $750*
Individual, senior (60+): $700*
*prices listed are for estates valuing less than $2 million. Estate worth more will be referred to alternate counsel.

Initial conference, conference to discuss drafts of documents and conference for signing final documents. The fee includes the following documents:

medical and financial powers of attorney
health care directive ("Living Will")
form for bequesting tangible personal property
instructions to your Personal Respresentative
burial instructions
Fees for Other Legal Services:
Estate Settlement and Inheritance Dispute Resolution: Fees are individually determined during initial free consultation during which a fee schedule will be developed.
